On June 24-25, 2022, EASIER representatives attended the 13th Conference on Language Resources and Evaluation – LREC 2022. In addition to presenting several papers, the EASIER consortium members were involved in the organization of two workshops, one dedicated to sign language translation and avatar technology and the second one covering the subject of sign language processing.

This half-day workshop, organized jointly by EASIER and SignON was held on June 24, 2022, in a hybrid mode. Among the 19 accepted submissions, nine were authored by authors associated with EASIER. The workshop gathered over 72 participants from around the world.

The 10th Workshop on the Representation and Processing of Sign Languages: Multilingual Sign Language Resources

This full-day workshop was held on June 25, 2022, in a hybrid mode. Among the 35 accepted submissions, five were related to the activities performed within EASIER.
